Dietary & Allergen Information

Please note that Just Bakes is NOT an allergy free kitchen, we use all the main allergens such as dairy, nuts, peanuts, gluten (wheat), egg, sesame, sulphites and soya and cannot guarantee traces of these will not be in our products. Just Bakes WILL NOT assume any liability for adverse reactions to any of our products.

If you have a serious allergy or one which could cause you to have a major allergic reaction, sadly the only way for you to be 100% safe is not to consume any of our products.

Payment Policy

To confirm your order we will require full payment via bank transfer, until payment is received your order cannot be guaranteed.

Collection and Delivery Policy

Delivery will be discussed if applicable at the time of order, collection of orders is free.

Travelling with your purchase

Please do not place your bake on a seat in a car, we recommend placing it in the boot or in the footwell, Just Bakes cannot be held responsible for any damage to the bake once collected and transported by the customer.

Storage

All our bakes should be stored unless otherwise advised on a flat service at room temperature in the box provided and consumed within 2-3 days.

The Chocolate Bombs will last for slightly longer, these will last around 2 weeks from the date of purchase.

Refund Policy

All our products are baked to order, we are unable to accept returns. Refunds or replacements will be given only if you receive an incorrect product or products are shown to be of unsatisfactory quality, should this be the case or you are unsatisfied with your order you must contact us within 24hrs of receipt. Just Bakes will not accept liability for complaints after this time.
